you don't necessarily need a new profile if you got one for frame gen already, but you may want another profile in case you want to scale differently and/or crop the window.

I was so used running everything windowed for upscaling, it took me a while to realize that framegeneration works on full screened stuff

When watching gameplay videos it's like watching 120fps gameplay instead of 60fps gameplay. Same principle. If you see the difference between playing games in 60fps vs 120fps then you will see the difference when watching gameplay video as well.
