Lossless on fullscreen videos?

If im playing a video on YouTube or anything on opera gx browser that uses a video player, like YouTube, and make it fullscreen, would lossless still work on it like the Anime4K? Or do I have to somehow find a way to make the video player on browsers make it windowed fullscreen instead of fullscreen for it to work

Yes, it works on fullscreen videos in browsers.

That's where I am confused, using scaling in fullscreen videos does quite little effect in my opinion.

And according to the status in LS, it is always scaled from the same resolution to another.
