1: I don't use Moonlight, but LS1 is generally the best for most things.
2: No idea.
3: If you only have one GPU that's normal.
4: That question comes up often, but so far I've only seen one guy here that uses it for MSFS using Virtual Desktop, no other "success stories" so far that I know of:

Thank you,
Looking at moonlight streaming stats it works, I had to install an virtual display,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nNWpbRUPkn4
Then set my Virtual Display to my streaming devices resolution and refresh rate, Make sure the game launches as Borderless window and set to 60 fps.
Lossless Scaling settings are: Scaling set to Auto & Aspect ratio, Scaling type off, Frame Gen: 2.1 x2, Performance mode on, Capture Mode: DXGI, Prefered GPU & Display auto
Moonlight settings are set to run at Native full screen (2960x1848) in my case and 120 fps
When game first starts moonlight stats are showing 60fps on video stream, I use the hotkey function to turn on LossLess and Moonlight jumps on to 120 fps. Can't get Lossless draw fps display to show in game but according to moonlight itself, it's streaming at 120
