Is there a demo of the current version?

There is no demo, you can refund it if you don't like it. Check out the many videos on Youtube about LS, or ask here if you have a specific question.

And I find it funny that you ask, LS costs less than a pizza and you own 5327 games according to your profile, so money shouldn't be an issue.

There is a demo actually, it's just outdated. My question was very clear tho (unless you have a reading impediment). The fact that you felt the need to intervene in such a passive-aggressive manner (and waste both of our time) is beyond me.

What an absurdly dumb and gratuitous statement. I never mentioned that "money was an issue", it's literally about asking if there's a demo feature. You assuming that there is no legitimate reason for asking, and specifically -being an ass about it- just speaks poorly of you.

Since you seem so invested in my particular issue, in this case I'm interested in other people trying the demo in -their particular hardware-, to see if its of any help to them before gifting them copies (or not).

Not that any of that is relevant to my question tho.

Btw, in case two hours isn't enough for you to evalute the new version, there is a "hidden mode", so it would would not count the usage time on Steam, in case you wanna return it:

I guess you actually do have a reading impairment.

I already clarified the software is not for my PC; hence the usefulness of having an actual demo to recommend.

Even ignoring your passive-aggressiveness, I'd have no problem saying thanks, but unfortunately all of your replies are actually useless.

You didn't. You are misinformed actually, since a demo DOES exists.

Your "advice" of "you have XXXX games just buy it" and referencing how the software is cheaper than a pizza is beyond useless in the context of the question I asked (and even more so when I already explained the objective of the demo).

Anyways, have a good one, I don't see this going anywhere.
