my frame rate is capped at 75 hz
my frame rate is capped at 75 hz no matter what the game in frame generating

Do you have a 75hz monitor? LS caps the framerate at your monitor refresh rate.

yes, it turned out the current version caps the frame rate to the display refresh rate, i rolled back to 2.8.2 and the framerate is unlocked now,
