I'm using nvidia image upscaling
LSFG 2.1 in X2 mode
capture api is set to DXGI
Lossless scaling is targeting the monitor that i am running the game on
Cap needs to be half the refresh rate. It's all explained in the Guide I had mentioned ;)
I read the guide and it's telling me the recommended is 60 fps.
i changed my settings according to the guide and it still refuses to work.
Look at #3 of the Guide::
"3 - Cap your in game FPS to half your max refresh rate. If your hertz isn't evenly dividable like 165 just round down (ex 82)"
yeah did that. it giving me 30/60 now so i guess it's working? but i wanted to go past 60.
Yes, 30/60 is correct, it's working. It won't generate frames past your max refreshrate, because it would be pointless to generate more "fake" frames than your monitor could handle.
ok i guess i need to get a better monitor then. really held back against that because so many are egregiously overpriced. thank you for the help.
Maybe get a used 90/100/120hz monitor, should be very inexpensive.
