No. And stopping spamming the thread with that. If you have a specific question, ask.
You can try several things when this happens;
-If using RTSS*, set limiter type to front edge sync for more consistent frametimes. (Use per-game profiles in RTSS.)
*When using RTSS, learn what your display's exact refresh rate is. You can use https://www.displayhz.com/ for this. You can input fractional values in RTSS. (Doesn't accept the period sign from the numpad!)
-Try the in-game limiter when available, some games react badly to external limiters.
-Use the in-game vsync. Steady pacing, but more latency.
-Learn how to use RTSS's Scanline sync. If it works with your game, then tune the tearline to be about 1 quarter from the top of the tearing indicator. IF this works, it will provide the least latency.
44ms off is quite a bit, havn't seen anything like that before. Nothing to worry about if you're aware of it though.
I do wonder if it's programmed as 164.956hz or if you've got a bum timing crystal/oscilator in your monitor somewhere. Nothing to be worried about though, it's an inconvenience at most.
