Overlighting... and sometimes if the HDR Button of the same.
I had the same issues and it was Auto HDR in windows conflicting with game HDR, my monitors/TV's dolby vision etc
That is very odd.. I don't have an answer for you unfortunately.. My issue with this was because of Auto HDR in the HDR Settings in Display settings in Windows 11. I don't have any screens/computers that don't have HDR to test this. Simply turning all HDR off and going to SDR does not net me the issue you are having sadly(I tried).. So i'm not sure what is causing your issue.
My only suggestion would be fully uninstall Lossless Scaling and delete all config files and then reinstall/reset all driver settings pertaining to Lossless Scaling in your NVCP. In addition switching between default colour settings and Nvidia Colour controls to see if the issue goes away(this has been known to cause issues depending on the monitor.
Under "Change Resolution". Btw, do you use Performance Mode for framegen? If so, disable it, that can help to reduce certain artifacts.
