PLS HELP (Blank Screen)

hi, forgive me for my bad english

i need help regarding the blank screen on my ROG Ally Z1 extreme using LS. Everytime i click the scaling button and get back to the game, the screen always turn blank (black) screen with the counter FPS running on the left top corner and game seems still running since the game sound still playing. Before everything works like a champs but after the recents AMD Fluid Motion Frames update on my ROG Ally i keep getting blank screen everytime i try to use LS. Already try everything mention in the forum and reinstall my graphic drivers and updte my windows 11 nothing happen. Please help with the fix for this issue

First of all thanks for the fast respond

No i selected the DXGi capture and i even try with the WGC capture which dont show the blank screen but the FPS counter dont show at all at the top corner ( which may indicate LS dont work at all ). Its been very frustrating since my LS was working fine from day 1 i bought it on steam until recently and very keen using it.

I think it has something to do with the driver settings. Maybe RSR, Sharpness, Instant replay or something else. Try turning everything off.

I also suspect that since it occur after the new AMD Fluid Motions graphic drivers update and ROG Ally bios 337 before it was running smoothly. But i also already try my best to rollover the drivers and reinstall the drivers fresh with no result. I even turn off every features from my AMD Control Panel with no luck 😔. Do you think reinstalling windows 11 and installing everything from scratch will solve this? Or perhaps you have some workarounds that i can try to follow before have to take the path of pain taking process of reinstalling windows from scratch. Since i have little knowledge and skill on troubleshooting this issues. I just want my LS back running to increase my game FPS. Sorry for sound a bit desperate.

I don't think it's worth to reinstall Windows.

Tried to reinstall windows 11 and rollover my BIOS to 335 from the newest (337) and keep the amd driver before FMF and i manage to run it on games that didnt run before like the dragon ball Z Ultimate but still dont work with the SD Gundam Battle Alliance, it keep showing black screen with the FPS counter dan game running on the background everytime i hit the scaling (before i can run SD gundam Battle Alliance with LS)

Yes and try borderless windowed. Both give black screen result. Any others tips should i try?

It seem DXGi failed to capture the screen for scaling in SD Gundam Battle Alliance thus resulting black screen perhaps

Did you install the original version of Windows? I mean it's not some kind of custom build with cut out components or optimizations?
I don't think it can be the bios, it hardly has anything in common.
Check all driver settings again, if it started after installing new drivers, most likely the cause is in it.

Yes i install it fresh from Windows 11 reset options and set it as new computer. Right now i have the AMD Stock drivers (AMD Software Adrenalin Edition Version 23.20.23.06 Released : 28/11/2023) and didnt update to the newest one also try to suspend windows update

What any other 3rd party apps have you running? Check if any of those may interfere with LS.

AMD Software dashboard, Rog Ally Armory Crate and Command Center and Steam Client. Pretty much the same like before the blackscreen occurs. Since its a handheld game device i dont install any 3rd party apps beside the one mentioned above

Can you try if some other capturing software is working like the obs in dxgi mode?

Sorry are you referring to obsproject.com (obs studio) ? Since i never use it before
