The closest setting would be "Scale factor" but unfortunately it only accepts integer values. Thanks.

If you are looking to get downsmapling with the app- you can't.
The closest variant is to use LS1 at 1x scale, that way the LS1 will upscale the current image and downscale it to the same size. But it is not way too different result.
