120 fps instead of 60 (helpl)

Hi, every time I try to activate frame gen the fps reaches 120 instead of 60 which is a lot for my gpu to keep.
I read it could be caused by an "overlay" but I didn't understand how, I deactivated the steam overlay and the only app in the background is Rivatuner to lock the fps at 30
Procedures:
I turn off vsync in the game
On Rivatuner I set the fps to 30.
IF I activate vsync on maximum fps on lossless scaling they stop at 60 but this causes quite a few graphic glitches, as well as a strange sensation every time I move the mouse.
I watched several videos but they didn't help.
I also reset the video driver I think I read about it in another discussion

If we are talking about DXGI capture, it really should be 60 FPS. If WGC, it can be anything between 60 and 120.
I suggest you reinstall the driver with the clean install option to ensure that all settings are reset to defaults

Then there is the driver or overlay issue. In 90% of cases, this is the reason.

I honestly don't understand, I don't think it can be overlay as I don't have them, as drivers I just put the latest ones from amd 24.3.1 (I have an rx 580) after uninstalling them with ddu. And I still have the same problem - fps locked at 30 and 120 fps with frame gen unless I activate vsync with max frame but this causes heavy graphic artifacts and little smoothness in the view. Could it be a driver problem itself?

For some reason, most problems arise with AMD drivers.
I decided to search the LS Discord server for similar reports and found it. The solution was to disable "Instant Replay" or "Record Desktop" in the driver.

The settings you sent me for LS are practically the default ones in the AMD program, I don't have some settings as my GPU is from older generations

I get your point, but making such screenshots makes no sense as once LS window overlaid its FPS will be twice the refresh rate.
