I'm using a 75hz monitor so I don't know how different will it be but regular 30fps looks choppy to me after all these years, and if I can get even slightly better experience with it then it's good enough for me
I'm not sure i follow, for me both DXGI and WGC just doubles the frames.
Do you mean if i have a 240hz monitor then if i set the FPS to 60 it'll FG to 240fps?
LS1 scaling and DXGI API capture is what I use myself
