Lossless Scaling

Lossless Scaling

Issue with Wuthering Waves. Is it just me?
I swear it was working fine with Wuthering Waves, but yesterday the game responds strangely.

When Lossless Scaling kicks in (after countdown), the game suddenly switches to mouse-input overlay and becomes unresponsive.
I have to alt-tab in and out of the game for it to respond to my inputs again, but at that point the FPS display from Lossless scaling is gone, which seems to imply that the app is disabled

I have not seen this behaviour with any other game/software, and I can't understand what caused this to happen when it worked fine previously

I recorded my screen with ShareX (keep in mind this records at a low framerate and can not capture the FPS readout itself)

You can see how the game responds when Lossless Scaling kicks in

It could be that I patched the game with this: https://github.com/WakuWakuPadoru/WuWa_Simple_FPSUnlocker/releases/tag/v0.67

But I had no choice because something is broken with WuWa that doesn't let you change the resolution to 3440x1440

I don't see how an edited/patched config file would affect Lossless scaling though

Also, note that I have disabled DLSS in the game settings. Since I am using Lossless scaling to get past the 60fps lock, not for performance reasons, so I don't want the game to use DLSS

Though enabling/disabling DLSS in the game does not affect the issue anyway

I don't have WW, but from what I have read it works great with LS. Maybe try a different display mode in WW, maybe Fullscreen works, if it's not Exclusive Fullscreen, maybe Windowed is better.

im using amd graphic card it happend if you have 2 app that capture screen at same time with loss less scaling .

and make sure no overlay app when this happend

the other option try exit steam completely and launch steam in administrator mode add non steam game wuthering waves launcher .

and try run it via steam (in administrator mode )
