I'd never heard of the game, so i tried it and once i got past all the interminable cutscenes and dialogue featuring anime girls that are all exactly alike, i was getting 120fps from the locked 60fps. At least the game feels better than Genshin Impact, not sure i can stand many more tedious cutscenes though.
