Can Yuzu emulator benefit from this? Game runs at 50% speed
Is there someone like me playing emulated games on Yuzu emulator? I got 30-40 fps in emulated game so I want to try LS frame gen to increase it to stable 60 fps, but I found the game played in a really low speed. By low speed i mean the whole games runs at,like 50% speed, like the how the character moves...but the fps is exactly 60 fps, and it's not fake 60, i can see the graphic become really smooth and fluid, just moves slowly. Can anyone help, please?

Emulators work a bit different than regular native PC games

Often the game speed is directly tied to the "real" FPS you get (real FPS as in the FPS before frame gen is enabled)

So if it is a 30 fps title (like ToTK) or 60 fps titles like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, you have to reach that FPS without any framegen or the game will be slowed down.

Most likely because you are not even having a graphical bottleneck but a CPU bottleneck that can't emulate the CPU instructions quickly enough for the game to be as fast as it should be.

Frame gen can't help with that since it only interpolates the final result from the emulator to make it look smoother.

The real use case for LS frame gen with emulators is to make 30 fps games feel like 60 or 90 fps games, and 60 fps games like 120 fps games.

Not to help you out with any performance bottlenecks, which you seem to be having.

Try disabling the Emulators VSync setting. I had a very similar thing happening when trying to use LSFrameGen 2.1 on UnityEngine based games, as soon as the frame gen kicked in my game ran at 50% speed just like you describe. Disabling VSync fixed it. Yuzu is obviously not running on Unity Engine, but the issue might be the same. Probably won't hurt to try disabling/switching the VSync setting in Yuzu, in case one exists.
