Dragons Dogma 2 and AMD GPU
Hi, someone tried this software for DD2 with AMD GPU? Does it improve fps? What settings you use? Thank you.

Hello! Yes it does work, you just need to play with the settings until you find a good one, but the basics are: scaling mode: automatic; fullscreen; LS1 and it is good to go. Open the LossLess, then open the game on windowed mode in 720px and hit ctrl+alt+S and its done!

I did it your way and game looks really low quality.

Don't use 720p.

I recommend (and use) the following:
In game settings
Resolution (in-game): 1920x1080p / Window mode
I do not recommend using any upscaler ingame, but you can try if the fps are not good enough.

Lossless Scaling
Scaling mode: custom
Scaling factor: 1.23
Checkmark the setting below

Scaling mode
LS1
Sharpness 1 (depends on preferences and game)
Performance: Off

Frame generation
Frame Generation: LSFG
Lock cursor: Yes (some games it's better to use No)
Show FPS: Yes (if you want)

Then you hit Scale and switch to Dragons Dogma/Game. You should notice a little window movement in the next 5 seconds and you are good to go.

just use the frame gen instead of the upscaling in the app.

I tried only using frame gen, but game when I try it the game looks like like I am on LSD or someting, its hard to describe :D the screen is like dragging or something like that

How much usage you hit on the GPU pre-LSFG?

Not VRAM but calculation usage.

GPU around 97%, CPU around 64%.

Well, that means you do not have enough overhead to run FG properly, it also requires some processing power.

What are ur specs? If you want just for FPS, try changing the settings in the game, cap it at 60 and put lower things like shadows etc.
The LSD thing that you talked about can be adjusted with the game and lossless settings

I just installed this and the performance took an huge hit. I expected some minor impact but i went from being around 50fps in the open world to barely hovering around 30 (actual fps, generated notwithstanding) with some rather frequent dips where the game tanked to 1 or 2 for around 5 secs.
Not sure if it's a setting issue or the app actually chugs that many resources.
I only had the framegen active since I was already upscaling in-game via dlss and the game was set to borderless windowed. (I also have a 2nd monitor which seemed to cause some weirdness when activating)
I read somewhere that you have to turn off steam overlay ( I only had the fps counter) otherwise the performance is negatively affected.
Any help or tips on how to set up?
Running on a 3060 Ti, Ryzen 7 5700G, 16gbram

That's ghosting, means you probably have low fps and low fps + framegen creates stuff like ghosting. Some rigs just won't get great benefits of framegen on certain games. This might be that case for you.
