Is it safe to use it with a GT 1030? I would like to try it in the future with Dark souls 3, but I'm afraid it will do something to my GPU. This program doesn't do OC, right? my cpu is one Ryzen 5 3600

For upscale- will work without issue, for FG- your 2GB vram won't cut it.
The app doesn't do anything to the game directly or the hardware, so no OC xD
