Lossless Scaling

Lossless Scaling

Lossless KILLS my fps and makes the image worse.
I'm trying to scale valorant, from 720p to 1080p. I get about 100fps with normal 1080p, and 180 on 720p, when I scale valorant it makes the image look worse than normal 1080p, and gives me 60-90 fps but the stuttering is so bad it feels like 20. I have the game running in 720p windowed, scale factor is 1.5 using AMD FSR. I have a 5800XT and a ryzen 7 8 core.

I've tried every combination of the other settings, resize, optimized, allow tearing. I've changed every display setting that has to do with resolution, scaling, and aspect ratio. I'd really like to get this working well, I understand it's a common issue, none of the fixes I've read have worked. I've seen other people using it on valorant successfully.

Please specify your GPU clearly, I have not heard of the 5800 XT.

its been like that ever since even on APEX legends. you can feel that tearing and input latency this app only helps RPG games and not fast phase games

It really depends. I play multiplayer games with no issues.
