Does this work in VR games?

As the title says, I primarily play VR games, and it's a ♥♥♥♥♥ and a half to run them smoothly even on my 1080Ti. I was wondering if this tool might help before I buy.

Unless I'm tripping I'm not seeing anything about VR on the store page.

App requirements:
Game should be able to run in windowed mode
Your OS must be Windows 8 or higher

It doesn't work for any app in Fullscreen mode and I assume you can only play VR in Fullscreen mode, right? Windowed mode is either Windowed (you can see the menu bar with 'minimize', 'maximize', 'close' buttons) or Borderless Window (you can't see the bar). I wrote in edit in previous post about a free app that work in VR, but didn't test it, just saw it in comments somewhere else a few days ago, so I saved it in case I'll need it, cause I plan to buy VR when I'll buy a new GPU (still waiting for normal prices).

TBH I'm not really sure how that works for VR. I know the preview window that displays on your desktop is in windowed mode, but the actual headset display is likely Fullscreen.

Probably NO. This app is targeted only at drawing desktop window apps and probably won't work.
(This is something you can imagine if you've ever touched SteamVR)
Instead, a plugin has been developed to replace openVR FSR, openVRapi.dll, which has the exact same mechanism.

If you're interested in bugfixing or adding features, I recommend you check this out and use it.
