Why no windows 7 support?
That's what I'd like to know since it's still the most used OS as of now.

Hi,
I would like to support Windows 7 but app uses important APIs that have become available in Windows 8 and higher.
The most popular OS among Steam users is Windows 10 with a greater than 66% share among Windows gamers while growing a few percent every month.

If you are interested in the app, but are unsure whether to update the system, I could advise you to install Windows 10 on a virtual machine or try it on a friend’s computer. You can make a refund within 14 days if the application does not suit you.

It has no fullscreen magnification API

On the other hand I'd be wondering what are the limits you could push the windowed one..

So that's why something like this didn't exist years ago already. Did anything change in the last two and a half years though? Is it maybe possibly now on Windows 7?

Very interesting. According to OmniScaler's GitHub page[github.com], it does support Windows 7. It's currently in Alpha and doesn't have a GUI, but I'm hopeful. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
