Renegade Ops Won't Launch

Everytime I try to launch the game, it runs the VC Redistribution Package setup. Then it shows me in a game (my name turns green). Immediately after it shows that I'm back here on Steam. Nothing ever even opens. I've tried verifying the integrity of the files, reinstalling the whole game, but nothing. I'm running Windows 8.1 and have two 570's in SLI. I've tried running SLI disabled and that didn't help.

When I try running the game out of the c:\Program Files(x86)\Steam folder I get this error message: "The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3d11.dll"... I've checked the integrity of the d3d11.dll file by running a "sfc /scannow" in Command Prompt and it says that the file was fine. I'm really at a loss here... I believe I got it running once a while ago on Windows 7 but can't seem to get it to work again. Anyone else having issues launching the game??? Any help would be great!

EDIT: Ok Figured it out... You have to copy the d3d11.dll from the Windows/System32 folder into the renegade ops folder (where the .exe is located)... This fixes it... It's a problem with Windows 8.1 and how some SweetFX thing addresses DX11... I don't know... But it works now.

Im having the same problem. I try to run it, it runs the package setup. Then it crashes and creates a log of the crash in the Steam folder. Ive tried shutting down all the programs I didnt need running and it doesnt help.
Im running Windows 7

Yeah... The support for this game is so shoddy.. and It's not super popular... so basically I think I'm just going to have to live with a broken game in my games list :(

Ive looked everywhere for a fix and nothing works. Im glad I got this in a bundle, if I paid full price for it Id be mad

I had the same problem. Closing MSI Afterburner did the trick for me.

Although it is too late, but put the method here works for me.

I am using Windows 10. Just copy dxgi.dll in c:/windows/system32 to root directory of the game.

It says to me I have not enough storage when I try to launch the game. What the hell, I have more than 300GB!
