How do you reset your game data?

Looking for a way to reset my mission progress, and my characters to level 0. The info I've found is all 2+ years old, and the best so far was to delete the settings file in \My Documents\SEGA\Renegade Ops\Saves\ , which only reset the game settings to defaults.

Is there any way to reset this game to scratch?

So how would you do this? Disable Steam cloud for the game, delete the file, then uninstall and reinstall the game? I've tried combinations of these and the best result I've gotten so far is clearing the non-default settings, like resolution and fullscreen, but not the mission and character level progress.

I found out an easy way to reset your progress. First, disable Steam Cloud Sync by selecting the game in your library->Properties->Updates and removing the check mark. Next, go to your Steam folder, for ex. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\12345678\99300\remote" (Instead of 12345678 will be your userid). Inside should be save files, for ex. "renegadeops00.sav". Delete it and you progress will be reset. After you play the game some, you can re-enable steam cloud sync, after which Steam will warn you about save game conflict where you should choose Local Files (NEWER) as files to be uploaded to the cloud.
