i think it's CTRL+ALT+ENTER

Just ALT+ENTER. It is a windows command to maximize windows. Also check the video settings in the game. There likely is an option to enable full screen.

go to your Options... >> ESC >> OPTION >> GRAFIC set your "MS-Windows Grafic Setup".

That is the Way, at a 4/3 (1600*1200)desk. TDU is automatic in window-mode.
