Steering wheel won't get detected...

How can i make this ♥♥♥♥ work? :/ bought this wheel to race...first of the crew didn't work... then i got it to work on shift unleashed .. but then ♥♥♥♥ just happends on tdu2..

Would probably help if you said which wheel you bought, and describe eyour problems, possibly add system config/setup and other relevant information.

"Detect Device" will only load a config setup for wheels and controllers that were known/supported on release. Just leave it at "keyboard" and bind all buttons and axis manually.

u need to install that wheel's driver first

Don't use 'detect'. First exit game, plug wheel in usb, open wheel profiller create a profile call it tdu2-steam, point it to the tdu2.exe in steamapps common, still in wheel profiler, set 200degrees rotation. Apply. Start Tdu2, go esc-options-game settings, change Sport to Full-Assist. Click esc-options-controls, here you Rebind keys, or remap keys; click each control, then press button you want to use for that, e.g. click accelerate then press and release accelerator pedal, click 'steer left' then turn your wheel left, return to center, click steer right, etc. click handbrake, press a button for that, etc.. Tab right, Set all in the avatar tab, tab right, keys in Menu tab, at 4th tab, click that and set vib3, ffb-Default, set sliders at 0, 3, 0, 0, 5, 8, 6. Save, and Continue game play. This for me gave great handling and great ffb. Have fun :)

Yes, FF, pedals, buttons, everything. And feels great. Still managed to hit a first tree on a rain with a Gullwing :D

I had a G25 on Vista a few years back and had no regrets, loved it!! GT100 TDU1 slamming them gears was awesome!! Only reason I got rid of it after three years was because of the desktop realestate it took up....serious realestate.

Cool! I'm going to pick my G29 tomorrow. First Im going to be in TDU2 them after I will take some courage and upgrade to win 10 and play some forza h4

G29 is fully working with H shifter, FFB and 200 degree rotation.
I only set a little couple of things different from your instructions, but for personal preference.

The game just didn't age very well graphically. Try to get The Crew (first one) on some sale for few $$, I got it for free and spent some enjoyable time with it. Keyboard input takes setup as default settings are bad, might be the same with the wheel.

Could I have some help? I’m having trouble getting it to detect the steering axis! Pedals and everything are working fine but it won’t detect steering, I’m on a Momo racing

What is "Wheel Profiler"? Is that different from the game?
