That patch fixes bugs and adds more than 20 fully new cars (with great quality, of course). Also, i recommend AutoPack, which adds +30 fully new cars (install after UPatch).

Camera Hack (default cockpit view are horrible, that hack allows to adjust views. And yes, no one will ban you for that)
Does add on mean the cars i buy apart from the starting vehicle?
There is no chances that any cars will turned into Miami's Mustang, i promise. :) Even online-players drive mod-cars and everybody see them. You can find all mod-cars in car-dealers, as standard cars. Starting cars are C4 class, there is no new mod-cars.
