Motorcycle bug/glitch?

Me and one of my friends are unable to purchase or use the motocycles in the game. Which is incredibly strange seeing how we were able to use them yesterday. I would also like to point out that we are new to the game, so if the answer is obvious that's why.

So if anyone could please give me a solution the the problem or an explanation that would be greatly appreciated.

I am aware that the motorcycles are DLC. But the game said that I have the DLC. Even when I check the TV thing it still says I have bike DLC. I was also using the bikes late last night.

Yeah, I've managed to figure it out. The servers were down at the time we were trying to get the motorcycles to work. Thanks for the help though. :)

I just bought a bike...but the servers are down...played on the bike for 10mins.

To everyone that comes onto this post in the future, and the people that may still be here. You can indeed back up your save game because your game is saved to your computer, and isn't stored on their server. In order to save your game navigate to your documents folder and locate the file called "Eden Games". Copy this folder and save it somewhere safe. Inside this folder is all of your characters save information, such as your money, cars, etc. When you wish to go back to that save, all you need to do is copy "Eden Games" into your documents folder.

That is singleplay progress Save data only.
(very useful, lets you play an online profile in offlineMode).
All your multi data, friends list, club, casino, dlc, is kept on the Server.
