needs unlock code and seriel number to play it.

i bought this off g2a and when i try to load it up it re directs to to an unlock and serial code log in. any help would be appreciated. cheers people :)

Open Steam -> go to Library -> right click on TDU2 -> click "Show CD key".

Not sure what's the unlock code it asks for. If that's a Securom thing, this means the automatic activation failed for whatever reason and you have to do something manually. Follow the steps it asks you to.

If it asks you to create a profile on testdriveunlimited2.com, ignore and skip, you don't need it to play the game.

Your NAT type only affects your connection with other players while you play online. Since the official servers are all closed, the only way to play online is this mod: https://steamcommunity.com/app/9930/discussions/0/3111394035963024865/

NAT has nothing to do with starting the game and playing it offline. So there must be something else. Use this guide to download the latest update to the game: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2105047914
If your game is updated and nothing happens when you press "Play" in the launcher, google "tdu2 doesn't start" for some tips like closing all programs that can use your sound system, including browsers, Skype, Discord.
