TDU2 DLC2 v034 has stopped working

I Need soem help from the community as i really want to play tdu 2. i recently got it and everytime i go to start it it just stops and does nothing. following Ellies post from another disscussion i started steam in administrator having deleted Updater.bdm. and now i get a new error message TDU2 DLC2 V034 Stopped working!.....PLEASE HELP

If you're having same problem than me, try the following:

1) shut down pc (not restart, full shutdown).
2) open universal launcher just after you boot BEFORE opening any browser ever.

For some reason that combo makes the gape open most of the times.

Reinstall, restart, update big 1.?Gb, then report back.

P.S. When you uninstall, remove all traces of tdu2 from os. If you have saved game/profile save to usb.

Ok i installed the game and am getting the same must be launched from steam error
