No TDU2 on Steam! Why?!

Why there's no Test Drive Unlimited 2 on Steam? I really like this game, i played it for so long on my Xbox 360, now i would like to try it on my laptop.
I also got some questions:
1. Why TDU2 is not on Steam now?
2. Will it run on my specs?
Intel Core i3 2330m 2,2 ghz 2 cores
4GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics 3000
1366x768 screen
3. Can someone help get TDU2 back on Steam?

1. TDU2 was removed from Steam almost a year ago for reasons we don't know, probably too many refunds or complaints about online servers being down. The game was in a pretty poor state lately. Somewhere in November Atari finally admitted they have no resources to even try to keep servers up so they closed them forever. You can still play the offline portion of the game anyway, which is like 75% of the game.

2. Your system is a bit above minimum specs, so even if it will run, it will be pretty sad. I wouldn't advise that. Or you can download a "trial" ;) version from torrents to see if the performance is OK for you.

3. At this point, no one can, I suppose. But you can buy the game elsewhere, either in a form of a Steam key (they still work) or retail key (I honestly don't know if these versions are still out there). What's the point anyway? No one cares for this game anymore, even the publisher itself.

I don't remember if you asked this before or not... Is the problem that you don't know where to get the CD key, or that the activation process doesn't work?

To find your CD key:
- Library - right click on "Test Drive Unlimited 2" - "View CD key"

To resolve activation issues I suggest googling it (apparently no one here is able to help you) or contact SecuROM support:
