2. Your system is a bit above minimum specs, so even if it will run, it will be pretty sad. I wouldn't advise that. Or you can download a "trial" ;) version from torrents to see if the performance is OK for you.
3. At this point, no one can, I suppose. But you can buy the game elsewhere, either in a form of a Steam key (they still work) or retail key (I honestly don't know if these versions are still out there). What's the point anyway? No one cares for this game anymore, even the publisher itself.
To find your CD key:
- Library - right click on "Test Drive Unlimited 2" - "View CD key"
