1. the Universal Launcher by Knyazev, that allows you to start the game without the official TDU2 launcher and in offline mode (due to online isn't available anymore and TDU World isn't ready yet)
2. the Unofficial Patch in version 0.4, this will be the base for the next step
3. the Mitkop Car pack in it's latest version, available on the forums of Turboduck - this uses the Unofficial Patch as base and continues the developement (that's why step 2 is needed) and in it's latest version it makes all the DLC cars and bikes available for purchase with ingame money :)
Other way is to get an old game exe file from before the release of the first DLC pack from April 2012. When you start the game with this game exe you can just buy the DLC cars with ingame money in the dealerships, but only the cars, the bikes won't work, they wasn't in the game in the old version and the game will crash when you enter the bike shop. After you buoght all the cars you can switch back to the latest version and you still have the DLC cars in you garages.
