Need help with unofficial pack 0.4

Hello there

i need help with unofficial pack 0.4 because i can't find any of the new car, i followed the step (or i think i do) by launching the vanilla game once (no update occured), then unpacking the game into a new folder outside x86 as requested where i put the unnoficial patch asking a way to the root (steamapps/comon/tdu2) and launch the game via the universal launcher (in the unpack folder), none of the new car on the mod appear in game.
Beside i've also try some autopack (1.73 serenity pack)

Can't figured out where it doesn't work.

I uninstalled TDU2 from Steam and deleted all folders and files pertaining to it. Cleaned it off my system completely.

I downloaded it again from Steam and let it do its thing (updated the 1+GB file and such). After giving tdu2 permission through my firewall I made a online profile and started the game.

After the intro, getting my car and going to my house I left the game and created a folder on my desktop and put the TDU2 Universal Launcher v3.5 zip file, the tdu2 unpacker v2.2 zip file and the tdu2 patch (for unpacked).exe in it.

For the tdu2 universal launcher I copied the tdu2 offline.bat, online.bat and tdu2 universal launcher.exe to the steam tdu2 directory. I created a shortcut on my desktop for the universal launcher.exe. When you open the TDU2 Universal Launcher click on 'Tool' in the upper left hand corner and select 'Settings'. Make sure that the steam tdu2 directory path is in the 'Select the TDU2 root folder' box.

For the unpacker I sent all files to the steam tdu2 directory. Then I double clicked on the unpack_full.bat file and let it unpack. Took about 3 minutes.

Last of all, I double clicked the tdu2_patch_(for_unpacked).exe and directed it to the steam tdu2 directory. It installed the patch.

I launched the game with the tdu2 universal launcher shortcut from my desktop. The splash screen came up with 'tdu2 unofficial patch' on it. I clicked start and was taken back to the house where I had left off.

Thank you for answering, i redo everything but as they ask i unpack on an external folder before copying the unpacking file into the root as you said but i don't have any unpack_full.bat, only an exe.
Then i put the 0.4 patch (and not pack like i said ^^) into the root and launch it by it's exe and update the game.
Try it again with the unilauncher and yet can't find any change into the game, i'l try by doing a clean save AGAIN. start to annoy me a lot.

ok it work, somehow, didn't know how the first install didn't but meh; i followed this: https://steamcommunity.com/app/9930/discussions/0/2592234299537007093/

Help me a lot, the hiccup was on the UniLauncher, which was on the root where i install all the mods and delete exe from the vanilla game, shoudl work but didn't.
for now it work on an external folder and this link said to delete the root and paste the unpacked which i'l try.

1.73 serenity pack and 1.85 ferrari red work fine, i'l try to see if an extra pack can work without incompatibility with them, thank you again for your help :)
