Starting to get on my nerves lol

Yeah I've read all the tips in this thread and have tried every set of numbers in the cryo pod room and can't open the drawer. This is not fun.

I have tried every dang number in the cryo room and still cannot figure out the locker code...ugh help!!

Well I solved the game pretty much early on... well I think I did, I opened the main corridor door and on the final text screen I was marked as 1 surivior. So I assume I actually beat the game... but that was by brute force.

Everything I found out so far... but I am still stuck...
- Clicked on the table drawer (map room) near the door, got the Planet Database pad.
- In same room on chair in the far corner picked up the ipad, pull down the blueish bar, select the pen/draw icon... discover the code 4085.
- Use that code to unlock the Planet Database pad. If the planet outside the window is indeed what we are looking for then it is a water planet with atmosphere and two moons so: 1,1,2,x and x would be the mineral... no idea which one though. I marked all the planet names... turns out these are the last 12 in the planet code list outside in the corridor (turns out to be 1 1 2 2 Cotofotelum -> Geonides 082912, as it turns out).
- In corridor, clicked on a small button on the left wall console table, to open the keyboard, and clicked on a small button on the edge of the keyboard "table", that opens a latch to turn on keyboard power. The codes are color coded and need to be entered (6 digits for each of the 4 colour codes) so 24 numbers total.
- On the locker there is one page the codes... the yellow page... entering the correct code is not enough on the system console... you need the other 3 pages as well.
- I opened the door down the corridor, by opening the fuse box on the left wall to that door, then clicked on the code screen and entered the from the list of the planet 6-digit numbers (down corridor screen on right wall with the blue planet on it), and one code (Geonides 082912) actually unlocked the door ended the game.

So no idea where the book with the 3 other pages is, no idea how to open the looked off read corridor door, no idea how what the code for the 1-8 "locked drawer" is either, no idea how to even get the darn 3-digit locker open (went through 000 to 999).

:(... this is tedious...

The security console puzzle is both insanely difficult (especially since the other console doesn't work in the same way - you can't open the fuse box nor turn it off so why would the two work the same when one doesn't work?) and pointless (there are too few choices and brute forcing it is easy enough). The colour of the crystals only vaguely helps since the plants surface could be said to be green or yellow and the part of the picture that appears to match it from the image databsae referes to an area of the planet (with a tick mark) that is not in view in the window, so it suggests the mining area is not even in view anyway... the part that was hardest though was tring to get the code to the locked drawer (I guessed the combination would be numbers somewhere but there are so many numbers and once the basic entries had failed I tired combining them but that's as bad as just trying every permutation... but it's all pointless anyway since you don't need the security codes any way because it is much easier to brute force the mineral in the planetary questionaire!!!

@jtennet the Security System puzzle is one of the trickiest ones, it was supposed to be difficult :) About the planet images: they have nothing to do with the planet outside of the window. Those are other planets that were surveyed or will be soon and the person using the tablet just added some hand-written notes to them. The idea was to match the color of the crystals with the color of the planet we're orbiting. We didn't expect the planet surface to look green on some screens, we apologize for that.

yea the locker got me puzzled
AEon Dec 23, 2018 @ 8:28am
Well... to me the Security Console puzzle seems totally obvious... if I actually had the book with the other 5 colour code pages... just match the codes and read off the numbers, and enter them... or so I would imagine. I would guess that opens the red locked door... sigh. I hope someone releases a guide to all this...

Here is a complete solution without spoiling the inputs:

- You can turn off the alarm in the capsule room (where you wake up) by clicking the red monitor.

- You need to find 4 items in the table room: Chair, top of the locker, 2 in the table drawers
- Drawer combination: There are codes beneath each of the capsules. Select the first number from each code.

- In the corridor go to the monitor spelling "Security Systems".
- The keyboard beneath is covered, press the small button to the right of it.
- To power the keyboard: on the left there is a button (on the edge below the electrical sign), then click the electrical sign and turn on the keyboard.
- The codes on the monitor are color coded: Look up the codes on the pages with the correct color and enter them (use the single page and the folder, F1-F4)
- You'll get the code for the locker in the table room.

- Select the Pad with the planet on it (F1-F4).
- You can drag down the top blue bar.
- Select everything, and then drag the planet image to the left or right until you find a 4 digit code.

- Enter that code on the "i-pad" (F1-F4)
- You are asked inputs for several questions. To answer them look outside the window in the table room.
- You can see if the planet has an atmosphere (clouds), water and the number of moons.
- For the mineral look at the color of the land of the planet. Look which mineral on the poster in the locker has that color.
- You'll get the name of the planet.

- In the corridor on the right console scroll through the list and find the planet name.
- There is a 6 digit number associated.
- On the far side of the corridor there is a box on the left which you can open.
- Enter the number there and press the capsule switch.

Max Pow3r, thanks for taking the time to type the solution.

The only thing not obvious to me was:

Drawer combination: There are codes beneath each of the capsules. Select the first number from each code.

After all the 6 digit combos, the locked table drawer has you guessing on the number of digits required. Why? The solution to the problem is IMO illogical. Why would the first digits be a valid solution in any way? This would only make sense if there where actually 8 capsules and even then. Hmmm... I was using the codes on the capsules in pairs and converting them from hex to dec... and hoped that would yield a solution. IMO that would have been a better path, i.e. convert a capsure code, namely the one you exited from hex to dec and then use that as a key.

Pitty, the locked door at the system console end of the corridor could not actually be opened. I had been looking forward to more puzzle solving in that room.

@Max Pow3r thank you for posting a walkthrough :)

@AEon thank you for your feedback. The assumption of many escape rooms is that, once you get a new code, you try it everywhere where it fits, and the first match is almost always the only one. So, while there were many codes in the game, by elimination you would end up with cryo-pods and the locked drawer :) It was quite smart of you to try to convert the hexadecimal to decimal, we didn't think anyone would try that, but that is a good idea for another puzzle (maybe in one of our future games). Yes, the other door doesn't open, this was supposed to be a very simple game, so you only get access to part of the spaceship. Also, since the reactor is going crazy, you probably wouldn't want to go there anyway :)

We hope that the game was not too frustrating and that you enjoyed the sci-fi setup and at least some of the puzzles ;)

I did it too! Finally!

Congratulations @Skayo ;)

Excellent game, the only recommendation I would make is that it is more clear which item screens can be interacted with and which cannot. The "blue" screen for example ( ;) ) needs a little more of a visual cue. I found the functionality by absolute luck by bumping my mouse.Put an arrow for up and down and you're golden.

The only other thing that might be helpful is a color code for the pods corresponding to which may be of importance.
