How do I link my wargaming account to steam?

Before I even bought the game it said, you would need an account on wargaming.net - so I created one. Now: How do I link it to my steam account?

I created an account on the website when I launch World of Warships I get a box to create my username but I can't use the username of the account I just made so I guess I have to link them. How do I go about that?

Hey folks. As stated above, if you're having an issue of this type, I can walk you through it by DM, so just reach out.

Or you can go to http://wargaming.net/personal

When you get to the login screen, pick " STEAM " on the lower right. You will be able to log in using your Steam account and find your WG account this way.

1. There isn't any way to DM you?
2. The "STEAM" button doesn't display at all, as for linking to a social profile there are: Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Twitch and Amazon.

I COULD delete the account and then launch through steam and connect that way MAYBE but if the name is still taken then i'm kind of in square 1 without an account at all.

Just go to http://wargaming.net/personal and it will be on the bottom right.

It lets you log in to your personal space on Wargaming.net using your Steam account.
If you click it, it will look like this: https://imgur.com/a/qB2XJlJ

Pick "sign in", and you will be automatically transferred to the Wargaming account linked to your Steam account.

Oh nevermind! I had to go to https://worldofwarships.eu/ to be able to login. Using the default na.wargaming.net did not work, using the other one did! Seems important to choose the right region / server. Managed to reset my password (since it does not allow special characters like @ sign, and purchased a ship I wanted. Happy days!

Hi Sasha, I can't even figure out how to PM you lol. I am having the same "Your Steam profile is not linked to any gaming account". Would you be able to PM me how to get this fixed. I also have WOW installed through Steam. I do have an old WOW account that I don't use anymore, and I believe it uses the same email address that my steam account uses, so maybe that is the issue? Anyways, your help is greatly appreciated!

Hi folks!

I'm no longer involved with Pagan, and with the transfer to single-player, you should no longer need to link WG accounts to play Pagan: Absent Gods.
