Gamepad support

trying to get definitive answer whether this can be played fully on gamepad (XBOX one controller)

or is this something for future patch

Hello Kickinchicken,

Controller is supported. However i cannot give you specific answer to specific controller. I know some people played with it, but it appears like some updates on that field are welcome.

You can fight with Controller, but every Dialog have to accept with the left mouse button.
Beside this, you can´t maintain your inventory (mousespeed with the right stick = 1 %)

So at this time you can only fight!

Ah and you can´t collect loot with the Pad....

Would have been an instant buy if the game had better controller support so I'm hoping full support is coming soon.

I tried playing with an Xbox controller earlier. The controller itself worked fine, but like others have pointed out you have to click through menus and dialogue with the mouse. The bigger issue is that all of the prompts on screen are for Keyboard, so you have no clue which button will activate which skill. I just opted for using a keyboard until it's fixed.

For me my middle finger on my left hand doesn't work well anymore so I have no choice but to use controller and memorize buttons without good controller interface yet. Maybe I'll whip out my old steam controller for this one and see if I can get it to also preform some of the mouse functions. At least click to continue should be easy...
