My progress is gone! Empty profile bug info

Hello folks. We had a nasty bug after patch 0.5.3. causing some of your profiles to load in empty. This is related to clicking the RESTART button on a bugged game screen (with the numbers 9999). Fear not, this has been hotfixed into oblivion shortly.

If you are affected, please share the following info with us and we will manually restore your game save. Thank you for your patience!

1. Case sensitive username
2. Region (ASIA - NA - EU - CIS)
3. Platform (Steam - WGC)
4. First time you played (date)
5. Date and time when issue happened, and when you last played without issue

Just had all progress wiped (post-wipe)

I'm aware of the wipe a few weeks ago and have been playing since.
Had 4 toons levelling.
I just attempted to swap toon and had a shard screen with all toons with the number 999 flashing above them.
Restarted the game and it has wiped my progress.

Not happy.

There is some bug that wipes all progress.
Happened to me when I swapped characters.

A restore would be good but more importantly the cause needs to be identified.

Same thing happened to me while loading into a campaign Battle. My character started over with no weapon.
