What classes are available right now?
Any site where theres pictures and info?

I'm thinking of picking it up but mixed reviews make me nervous.

All classes are available. Totally 8. Just you could choose from 1 of 3 classes to start with. It will take 20 hours around to unlock all of them with grinding. Not that bad.

I can understand the hate, because it's like that with anything that is new.

I didn't like the game when I first tried it because it confused me, but I slept thinking to refund it the next day. I woke up to play it and WOW I really got into it.

I have unlocked all the classes, and every class is very different and unique to play. It is quite amazing. GAME is GREAT once you figure out the rotation of the characters.

I don't get bored because I can play different classes and get a very different feel.

To answer OP directly, yes there is a site with pics and info: https://www.pagan-online.com/heroes.

When you start out, you are only allowed to pick one of the three starter Heroes: Kingewitch, Anya or Istok. So, I would in particular try to decide which one sounds the most fun to you. As you play with the one you chose, you'll progressively unlock all the rest by finding shards for each character which can seem a little daunting at first because they drop very slowly in normal missions, but after a short while you'll unlock Assassination missions, which are essentially shard farming missions (each for a different hero) where you will get many shards per run.

I pretty much agree with what the above posters said as well. The game has a really good MOBA feel to it, in terms of collecting all the heroes and being able to play with a good sized stable of classes whenever you want, without being F2P and making you buy anything extra.

One thing I didn't hear mentioned yet is that gear is not gated by character level. So for example, when I first unlocked Lukian I had a bunch of higher level gear stashed that my main had earned which I was able to slap on him and get him up to around 2k might right away at level 1, rather than having to grind him up from scratch with the earliest gear. Coming from MMOs and ARPGs like D3 where a new toon must use level 1 gear etc. and go through the level grind all over again, I like that a lot. You never really feel like you have to grind each new character up from scratch. You can if you want, but you're not forced to by any means.
