Potency Points? Possible game-breaking Bug

Anyone know how you get these? Are these rewards from Missions or something else?

All my characters seems to have different potency points?

Level 30 Anya as a total of 40 Points. (she was my first hero)
Level 30 Kingwitch as 16 Points.
Level 30 Istok as 26 Points.
Level 30 Lukian as 15 Points.
Level 30 Masha as 8 points.

All my characters except Anya were power-leveled using High-end gears on high levels map. I currently don't have access to the others Hero.

It seems that gaining level quickly thanks to Divine Favor could possibly bug out leveling?

I feels like I screwed myself by power-leveling using high level gears or maybe I'm just missing something.

I'm scared to unlock a new characters and leveling it using high-end gear again...

Anyone power-leveled characters quickly using high-end gears can confirm this? There seems to be a bug when moving from Battlegate to Pantheon?

I also noticed that if I crash while doing a map I seem to lose everything I gained in that map, is this supposed to be normal?

I'm really confused atm :(

You should get potency pointts for leveling up as far as i know. If you haven't spend any points for skills it sounds definitely strange that your potency points differ.

The second concern with crashing during a map is normal. I guess your progress and loot is saved once you leave the map.

That doesn't really make sense, usually Online game save everything, I mean like in POE if you crash you don't lose anything same with D3, same with Grim Dawn or Torchlight or any ARPG I ever played.

Losing progress because of game crashing or server crashing is not good design I believe.

After testing it I see that if I close the game even after completing a map it doesn't save even after 30 minutes in a map....

It depends what kind of crash is it and how often the game actually save changes. As game is still in EA i guess that saving is being done during loading screens and not after each change in inventory and/or kill progress.

Contact them so they can fix your characters

Hey Kouhei. Reading your message, I'm a bit confused as well.
Could you jump in on Discord and share a bit more about your issue? Potency points should drop as you level up, so you should have one per hero level.
