Re pick starting class

I only played for about an hour and also want to change my starting class, is there any way for me to do so with the new patch tomorrow? I really hope so

I don't think you can, the ability to change will still be at the very beginning. You should have done enough of the campaign with that much played time that you unlocked the first assasination mission (under assasination tab in battle gate). You farm keys by doing non campaign missions. You should have Lukian unlocked pretty quick if you do that. Do the missions around the same power level as the assassination mission to get the key you need. Lukian is pretty good and lots of people enjoy him.

We saw a lot of requests like this one so we're making a first step. With Patch 0.3.0. you will have the option to do that at the tutorial stage. It won't help you Princess Ruby but hopefully, it will give others who join from now the chance to try the starter heroes out before committing.
