game is crashing

hello everybody,
i've got a problem with the game. I can play the tutorial mission where i have to choose 1 of 3 caracters, then i slay trough the enemys and in the end there is a cutscene. after this scene i have a lodingscreen which brings me back to the beginning and there is no way to enter the town or more missions.

what is the problem with this? got someone the same problem? how can i fix this.

Hey M4tz3! We've seen some reports of the same issue. The first thing to do is to make sure that nothing is keeping your machine from interacting with our servers.

Can you turn off your Antivirus if you have one? Also, do you have a VPN?

I'd like to report the same issue for my copy of Pagan Online. I started it and played through the tutorial twice over, thinking the problem was just a fluke. The third time I had to choose a character I was quite fed up with it and skipped the tutorial. I thought I'd be finally put into the game proper.

It just keeps taking me back to the start menu of the game, over and over. Please help!!
