You should have gotten an email from us - if you haven't, please check your spam folder first, and if it still isn't there, you can reach out to Support or just DM me on here.
So no compensation? While the game is $10 cheaper than what I payed. Thanks for nothing.

I purchased the game on 05/02/2019 and did not receive the email for compensation. I have checked my spam and trash folders and the only thing I have in there is my original purchase from 05/02/2019 and another for a survey dated 06/20/2019.
If you could let me know what I need to do for the compensation, I would appreciate it. I did recieve the in game "150 shards" per character, but no email in regards to the pet of free copy of the game.

I also have not received an email for the compensation for the extra key. My purchase date was on 5/21. I have created a ticket for help. This is the response:
"We are sorry to hear you have encountered a problem regarding your in-game goods.
Since the game is currently in Early Access and our tools are still undergoing improvements, assistance is not possible at this time. We cannot investigate what happened and we cannot restore the missing item(s).
We know it’s frustrating, but please rest assured that we have teams working on enhancing our future support capabilities!

Hey Diew! In-game goods is a category related to the items in your stash - for pets, "bonus codes" would be the right category. Feel free to DM me if you're having trouble getting your ticket through!
