Wargaming Game Center & Steam - 2 different games?

The game is purchased in the Steam store.
And I see nothing in Wargaming.net account and Wargaming Game Center, were is my game?
How to install the game from the Wargaming Game Center ???

Wargaming and steam are 2 different launcher, if you want it to be on wargaming you have to buy it there, keep in mind this is will be a different save file.

So if you wanna continue your steam save file you can only use steam. as save files is tied to the "key"

Your game is on steam, I don't think you will see it appearing on wargaming. You gotta just launch the game and log in with wargaming account.
