PSVR still not working properly with Windows 10 Pro

I'm not freaking happy with Microsoft & steam right now. I recently lost my windows 10 o.s.to a faulty update from microsoft that fried my wireless adapter and made windows 10 unusable. I could never get steam vr to work at all with the headset.

I was able to get it to run on my windows 7 pro os, but some games won't work with my controllers, (Xbox, ps4, steam controller), nope, no soap. But some did, like Star Trek Bridge Crew. But after a while, the color in the headset would slowly go 'grey scale' on me.

So, since I needed to have windows 10 for school, I updated my windows 7 os to the 1903 build of windows 10 pro, 64 bit. And just like I knew, I can't get the headset to work. I always get the message that a part of steam vr failed. So, I'm going to uninstall both the Ivry driver and steam VR, and re-install, and see what's what, but I'm willing to bet it's gonna be a waste of time.

Since it sortta ran on windows 7, I'll probally roll it back to win 7 and use my tablet for school. I know full well it isn't steams fault, it's the malware that Microsoft calls "windows"
