psvr resolution settings for optimal quality

hello, im looking for resolution settings for optimal quality.
where is the line where going higher makes not much difference?

i tried my psvr on ps4 and it looks better and cleaner than on my pc so i guess i need to setup the reolution.

ivry resolution settings and steam vr application resolution settings tips please.

Set driver mode to "VR-Direct", render resolution to 2560x1440 and frame rate to 120Hz.
