Cardboard Viewer Profile incorrect

I have changed my goggles to "Homido V2" in the cardboard app, restarted my phone, verified the Cardboard app is still on my "Homido V2",. But iVRy still shows "Google, Inc. Default Cardboard"

Will generating a wwgc.firebaseapp.com QR code work if the Google Cardboard way doesn't?

On iPhone, you need to scan the QR code in the iVRy app. On Android it is taken from the Cardboard app. Restarting the phone is not necessary no matter which you are using. There is only one way of using a QR code, and that is by scanning it, whether you make it yourself with the online tool or find it elsewhere.

I scanned the barcode using the Cardboard app. My Homido V2 is now listed as default. But iVRy doesn't show this goggle, only the default Google one. Reïnstalled iVRy,... will reinstall both now.

Uninstalled both. Installed cardboard, scanned HomidoV2 succesfully. Installed iVRy, but it shows the default google cardboard. Scanned google cardboard v2. IVRy keeps default. Scanned Gear VR goggles, iVRy keeps showing default goggles. Do i need to set extra permissions? I am on Android 6.0, LG G4.

Tried on an old tablet, it shows the correct Cardboard Viewer Profile.... Just on my LG G4 it's not working.

Solved it. Went to Settings > Applications> iVRy > Permissions > Allow Storage.
Opened the app and it's no longer default.

Thanks for letting other users than may run into the issue know! You should have been prompted for those permissions when installing the app or running it for the first time (which is permission to read from external storage, where the Cardboard app stores the profile).
