iVRy Driver for SteamVR

PSVR Trinus vs IVRy?
Which one would you suggest and why?

Technically, iVRy is vastly superior to other PSVR SteamVR drivers, as it directly integrates into SteamVR and is developed according to the SteamVR driver model. I have built relationships with the SteamVR developers at Valve, and that has allowed me to get features added to SteamVR that I need for the driver, and bugs fixed in SteamVR that weren't exposed by other drivers. It is also the only driver for PSVR on PC that supports VR-Direct mode (a special Windows display mode for VR headsets that bypasses the Windows display system). VR-Direct mode is used by Oculus, Vive, Index and Windows MR headsets on Windows, and is the preferred method to implement a VR headset, as it provides better performance and compatibility than the (fallback) "Extended" mode used by other drivers (eg. Trinus).

Trinus does not compete with iVRy on either a performance, ease-of-use or compatibility level when using it for SteamVR. It does offer other functionality which iVRy does not (for example running 2D games in "pseudo" VR).

As both offer trials, you can test each for yourself to see which you prefer. As Trinus is a "non conforming" SteamVR driver, it can prevent other drivers from loading. The next version of iVRy (currently in Beta) has workarounds for "non conforming" drivers (eg. Trinus, Nolo HOME & KinoVR) to allow it to continue working when one of these drivers has been installed. It is, in general, better to only have a single driver for PSVR installed.

Hearing that you worked with them and is officially supported thats sold me really. No messing about and stressing because things don't want. Thank you for your answer and your hard work
