I could only figure out some of the ghost references from around the world. Does anyone else know of the others?

I have the following (2):

Unknown ones:

• Lady in the Cage at Clown boss
  
• Water spooper in bucket ride
  
• Class Room 1 Teacher
  
• Class Room 2 Hair ghost
  
• Class Room 3 ?????
  
• Wall
  
• Painting Mouth
  
• Wheelchair Grandma
  
• Giant Baby
  
• Giant Ocean Lady

I'm pretty sure I didnt list all of the ghosts/monsters that appeared in the game. I need to come back and edit this :S

The twichy tv lady I think is a based on the ghost from the Japanese horror movie ringu or the ring in the usa. I wish they would have included a guide as a bonus at the end
