Changing clothes

I just finished the Priestess Exam and got some clothes but i can't change them.

To be exactly i can equip them but the look doesn't change at all. And i do not own any cloth dlc. Do i need the dlc to change the clothes?

The skins i've got are: School Uniform Skin-Black, Cat uniform leather-pink, and last Godness lance skin-Black

Edit: i also have the Cool Apron DLC (cuz it's free) I have the apron clothes too, but even if i equip them, the character skin doesn't change at all..

1. Make sure you disabled all costume mods (Steam Workshop or local ones).
2. Try to equip Female clothing stone

Nice, now it works. I've forgot that i downloaded workshop items from 2019 :))

I just want to ask one more thing. The clothes from DLC i get them instantly, but i can get them trough gameplay too (story mode, game modes, etc...)?

Pay-to-get DLCs have more colors of those dresses.
You can get many free costumes in-game, but not all variants that DLC provides.

You can also press TY on keyboard to go through the state of clothing. Most Items have two states. New and ripped/translucent.
