How many NEW skins did we get?

So after the new update of the above DLC, we got 3 new outfits with 3 free outfits from Battle Royal mode being Gold, Silver and Black. (Is that correct?)

Then we got a new DLC with 3 outfits, but how many free outfits did we get from it?
I just found one so far and it was Black. (Are there Gold and Silver here too like the other one?)

I am also wondering how many new outfits did we really get and whats the current total of the outfits we have in game?
I have total of 46 outfits atm.

Ah so Red outfit is an event item, glad we figured that out.
I am sure it will be added to some gamemode like Battle Royale for acquiring it in the future.

Despite owning the game, I barely played it so far (with early access games, I usually just play a bit to sample it, and then wait for the "final" version to launch), so I'm totally clueless regarding past events.
I currently own the game, and all DLCs (except the last one).

May I ask:
-are there any skins that are no longer obtainable?
-are skins from "events" (like the one I see listed Goddess Cheongsam (Red)) still obtainable in any way? As for the current one, what do I need to do in order to get it (can I just launch the game to the main menu, and quit, or do I need to play it)?
