Is it installed? They should be automatically added to your inventory after installation...
The robes and respective dresses are the same piece of equipment... Holding T and pressing Y on the keyboard changes the robe to the dress (which will also affect the display of some other costumes as well)...
Lemme know if anyone find the Sister Li versions.
I am wondering if it exists or its just being used as screenshot, since all of those are female versions and gets auto added to inventory like every other DLC.
well some players seem to have it...

But thats the female version not Sister Li's if you meant female version then I do have it too, you get it right after installing the DLC. I am referring to Sister Li's version (to play with Staff) as in screenshot with ribbons on hair.
This DLC and its preview with ribbons: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1295180/_Bloody_Spell_DLC/?curator_clanid=34197611
i dont even have the female version...
That is Sister Li in the picture, which is what the DLC unlocks...
As far as I know, the only outfits that use the staff are original Sister Li and Happy New Year Apron Sister Li - the icon for these in the equipment screen face to the left.
Original Sister Li and Happy New Year Apron Sister Li also have variants that use the regular weapons - the icons for these face to the right.
Also as far as I can tell, the original female playable character (Yejin?) from this link:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1096030/_Bloody_Spell_DLC/
uses the Cool Aprons, Zombie Role Play, Cat Corsets, Chinese New Year Cheongsams, and Nurse outfits.
And of course the Priestess only has one outfit.
As for your original question PS1 Hagrid, if what samvaio said in the post above has already been verified... There are no stated prerequisites to obtaining the items, they should appear instantly once installed.
There was an issue with the Priestess DLC when it was originally released, where it could only be used in game if the language was set to Chinese... The bug was quickly resolved. Maybe try contacting the Developers to see if they can help you.
