Can't start the game via Steam
I'm just dropping this here for anyone having the same problem

When i try to start the game via Steam an "empty" looking task appears in the taskbar and closes after a few ms.

I can run the game by opening the BloodySpell.exe in the game folder perfectly fine though.

To go a little more into detail here:
When i start the game the subprocess for the game gets started:
Steam Client Bootstrapper (32 Bit) -> 嗜血印 Bloody Spell - Steam

In a few ms the Steam Client Bootstrapper (32 Bit) process seems to restart, killing the game process without restarting it leading to an unplayable game (via Steam at least).

I figured out what was my issue, turns out it was Rivatuner (RTSS) after all, after i closed that program the game would run just fine from steam, still strange why it lets it run when i open the program via the EXE file instead of via steam.

I seem to have the same issue as well, running it from the installation directory allows the game to run correctly. I'm wondering if somehow the file that is assigned to be run when hitting "start/play" on steam is not configured correctly.

I verified the game files and nothing was wrong there. Just out of curiosity do you run RTSS a frame limiter program? I'm wondering if it's something to do with that perhaps.

I had the same problem, but after restarting my computer, it started working fine again.
